The Janitors LLC Bidding Process

Our bidding process involves a walk-through of your facility and it accomplishes three things:

We want to make accurate measurement of your facility. This is the foundation of our bidding process. Whether we take physical measurements, or use blueprints we need to know the size of all the areas we will be cleaning. We can do this quickly and efficiently without disturbing business. In addition to measuring the various areas, we factor every toilet, urinal, sink, shower, dispenser, microwave, and refrigerator. If you receive a bid from someone who hasn’t measured anything, they are only guessing at your price.

We want to get an understanding of how you use your building. We need to understand the use and traffic of each space. For example; common areas such as lobbies, restrooms, and lunchrooms need to be marked for special attention. We don’t use a one-size-fits-all proposal. As competent bidders we build on this foundation of accuracy and design a cleaning plan specifically for your building and the price that fits your budget.

Most important: We want you and our operations manager to get acquainted. We don’t use salesmen to gather the bid information. We have found that the best person to survey your facility is the person who will have the responsibility of supervising the services you will receive. We want you to know the person who is going to take the cleaning burden off your shoulders.

These steps enable us to design a cleaning program that will be the basis of a long term relationship.
