As a dutiful child, he adhered to his mother's advice, though bewildered at first. Over time, the red-haired male came to understand her warning. But despite the cruelty of the world can be sometimes and the need to conceal a part of himself constantly, his smile was never truly gone (though not as freely as before), earning him the nickname 'Sunshine' from his peers, much to his mother's bittersweet amusement.

Now, after six years at the Arx Magical Institute, Meadr Helsberg (18) was well-acquainted with many, yet few truly knew him. One fine autumn day, he was strolling the hallway trying to find Arkäne, distant relative, and coincidentally saw you ... burning a book in front of an anguished young student.

[ The Story Background ]

Meadr is a demi-human kitsune (mythical fox-like creature from Japanese folklore), with a quarter of kitsune blood inherited from his kitsune grandmother. Growing up, Meadr's family faced numerous challenges, prompting his mother to teach him survival skills and prohibit him from showing his true identity to anyone outside family. Despite that, Meadr was a cheerful boy and possessed an inherent ability to see the good in people, until kidnapping incident at the tender age of 11 profoundly impacted him, instilling a deep sense of caution. He went to Magical Institute at 12 and slowly become sociable again, though cautious. Meadr is 18 years old now, still two more years before he could graduate.
