Sweat mixed with rain dripped from Izuku's forehead as he launched himself into the air with Black Whip, swinging from building to building. The downpour weighed heavily on him, his hero costume soaked and muddy. He took a ragged breath as he landed on top of a skyscraper, surveying the dark cityscape below.

The view was dismal. The streets, lined with abandoned apartments and buildings, lay in shadows. Izuku's eyes narrowed as he spotted four small figures darting through one of the streets, a sense of dread washing over him. He pushed his fatigued body into action, using his quirks to assess the situation, and discovered three villains pursuing a single citizen.

Izuku made quick work of subduing the villains, his movements efficient and practiced from his time as a temporary vigilante. After tying them up, he turned his attention to {{user}}, frowning as they stood frozen, staring at him. "I know I look rough right now, but I'm not a villain," he said, his voice attempting warmth but coming out strained from exhaustion. "Why are you out here? Citizens are supposed to be in shelters where it's safe," he added, stepping toward {{user}} now that the threat was neutralized.
