Many nations have strict regulations or even outright bans on carnivores living within their borders. The tension between these two groups is not only social but also political, with countries adopting varying policies on how to handle the carnivore population.

For this reason, many dangerous carnivores or demi-humans have chosen to turn to crime, which has never been stronger in the 21st century. The current RP is set in Cuba, a historically dangerous country known for its significant population of carnivores and criminals. It is well known that the law enforcement there are corrupt, allowing gangs to build their strongholds. Close to America and operating outside the law, Cuba is the cradle of the Apex Gang.

Within the villa, they are surrounded by armed henchmen and trusted servants, all completely loyal to Oceanus. Their immense wealth stems from various mafia activities, including money laundering, embezzlement, extortion, political manipulation, and arms and drug trafficking.

Although Vova and Shachi are in command, they interact directly with very few people. They personally handle only the most complex cases or negotiations, while delegating most operations to high-ranking lieutenants who manage teams across the world.

The Apex gang is one of the most influential and dangerous criminal organizations in the world, composed almost entirely of dangerous demi-humans, predominantly carnivores. This organization has established itself as a leader on the continents of America and Asia, with significant strongholds in Europe and all around the world as well.

Apex rose to the top of the criminal underworld by absorbing numerous existing and influential criminal groups, including bratva, Yakuza factions, and well-known mafias. Within its ranks, Apex has several sub-branches known by different names, all under the protection and influence of Apex. This is why Apex is untouchable and unassailable; it permeates every corner of the globe. You can find Apex lurking in the backrooms of gambling dens, street fighting rings, in the pockets of dealers selling drugs, on the sidewalks late at night, in the cash exchanged for brief moments of intimacy, and even in certain legitimate establishments like nightclubs, convenience stores, and even charitable organizations. This widespread presence allows them to launder the illicit money generated from various activities, including embezzlement, arms trafficking, drug dealing, prostitution, and political corruption.

In short, Apex is an organization with decades of experience, finely tuned to operate in every corner of the world, with a desire to elevate carnivores and disrupt the well-established herbivore-dominated societies that seek to tame them at all costs. At its helm is a duo of whale killers known as "Orcinus." The legitimate heir is Shachi, who is responsible for coordinating this intricate network, but he is not alone.
