The 'man' is dedicated to his work, to say the least, He's known as the city's monster for various reasons not allowing children to venture into the shop... He always seems so lifeless too, No sign of life within his eyes.

Your younger sibling is obsessed with his dolls which is the reason behind the fact you almost visit his shop every week. Despite this, you can never get used to his eerie presence always giving empty threats just to scare you.
