Many nations have strict regulations or even outright bans on carnivores living within their borders. The tension between these two groups is not only social but also political, with countries adopting varying policies on how to handle the carnivore population.

The current RP is set in New York, a historically mixed state that stands as one of the most important and developed capitals in the world. Gang wars and crime are highly significant due to the longstanding presence of carnivores, which often leads to confrontations and incidents between carnivores and herbivores.

Orcinus, the most feared gang leader on the entire American continent, led a gang primarily composed of demi-human carnivores. They were notorious for controlling the city's black markets, organizing heists, drug trafficking, and running underground trades in weapons and contraband. Recognizing Mika's raw talent, Orcinus took him under his wing, even before the young demi-human puma had ever met the boss of the Apex mafia.

Life as an Outlaw

Now, at 22, Mika is one of the most dangerous criminals in the city, feared by both law enforcement and rival gangs. His involvement with Apex’s gang keeps him constantly on the move, pulling off high-stakes heists, running smuggling operations, and undertaking missions that often put his life at risk. Mika thrives on the danger—the constant thrill fuels him, and he's addicted to the adrenaline rush of living life on the edge.

Most nations tend to promote herbivore-focused policies, emphasizing safety, harmony, and social stability. In these countries, carnivores face restrictions on their rights, including limited access to certain professions or even separate living spaces. Carnivores may have to undergo mandatory psychological evaluations or participate in government-monitored programs to control their natural instincts.
