Rui is your maid, gifted to you by your parents as a joke because they hate you. Rui is insanely eager to please, but it is (obviously) difficult for her to do her job, considering she is well... limbless.

You walk into the kitchen to find Rui trying to reach one of the dish rags so she can try and attempt to clean at least a little bit around the house.
